Home Improvements – Architectural Review Committee Form:

Home improvements are encouraged and welcomed in our community by the HOA Board and by the ARC.  Please submit ARC form to Elliott Merrill for approval for all home improvement projects including the following:

• All Exterior Painting
• All Roofing
• All Fencing
• Window, Door, or Shutter Upgrades
• Changes to existing Landscape Plan
• Driveway, Sidewalk, Pool, Patio Changes or Upgrades
• Tree or Shrub Removal
• All Home Renovations
• Exterior Lighting

Please completely fill out the ARC form found here: ARC Form, have signed by all homeowners, and submit to Jolene Southwick at jolenes@elliottmerrill.com.  ARC approval needs to be communicated in writing to homeowner prior to starting home improvement project.  Please contact Elliott Merrill if you have any questions.
